The AION subscription starts when you first pair the wristband in the app. On the monthly plan the first month is free; the yearly fee is charged when you pair. You pay HUF 0 for the subscription when you order.
Can I cancel the subscription?
Yes. The subscription renews automatically and you can cancel it anytime in the app.
Can I order the wristband without a subscription?
The wristband can be ordered with a monthly or yearly AION subscription. If your account already has an active subscription, you don't need to choose a new one.
Is AION a medical device?
No. AION is not a medical device but a lifestyle and wellbeing service: it does not diagnose or treat, and it does not replace medical advice. If you would like to talk to a specialist, you can book a Doktor24 consultation from the app.
Can I return the wristband?
As a consumer you can withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product. The process and the model form are on the Withdrawal form page.
