Model withdrawal form – AION sense shop

1. Information on the right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer (a natural person acting outside their trade, business or profession), you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason in respect of a product purchased in our shop. The period starts on the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take possession of the product. Where several products are ordered together and delivered separately, the period starts on the day of receipt of the last product.

You may exercise your right of withdrawal by completing and sending the model form below, or by making any other unequivocal statement to that effect. The right of withdrawal is deemed to have been exercised in time if you send your statement before the 14-day period expires. Use of the model form is not mandatory.

The detailed terms of the right of withdrawal – including the rules on reimbursement, your liability for diminished value and the exceptions to the right of withdrawal – are set out in Section 12 of our Terms and Conditions.

2. How to withdraw

Complete the form (see Section 3). You can fill it in directly on this page and print it, or simply copy its text into an email.
Send it to us before the 14-day period expires, by email to info@aionsense.ai, or by post to the address given in Section 4.
We confirm receipt of your statement by email without delay.
Return the product complete and with all accessories, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the product. We cannot accept parcels sent cash on delivery.
We reimburse you – the price of the product and the cost of delivery – without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your withdrawal, using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the product back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent it back, whichever is the earlier.

Please note: you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Please do not use the product beyond what is needed to try it out, and return it in its original packaging where possible.

Please enclose the completed form or a note with your order number in the parcel so that we can identify the returned product. We cannot accept parcels sent cash on delivery.
