Data deletion request
You can request the deletion of your account and all your personal and health data without logging in. Enter the e-mail address of your account: we complete the request within 30 days and send the confirmation to this address. You can also start it yourself in the app under Delete account; there it can still be undone for 30 days.
Billing data we are required by law to keep (8 years) is not affected by the deletion. Details in our Privacy Policy.
